I never knew the benefits of walking could be so much, for the time being though I need help for some other aspects. I am a housewife and have got a lot of responsibilities up my sleeve. I do ensure that amongst all these I take time out for some exercises, aerobics are mainly comprising my exercising routine. But the other day I got a severe sprain in my ankle while exercising and now am not a position to walk even. Doctors confirmed its not a crack but a severe sprain thats going to last for some time. Well I cant exercise now and when I resume I do need to adopt extra caution too. I thought if someone can tell me about less risk prone exercises.
